You are invited to “Immersion into Light”, an intensive spiritual healing retreat designed to help you connect with your inner self and your authentic path. “Immersion in Light” is an experience created as a portal, combining ancient and contemporary practices to achieve a sense of lightness, harmony, and balance.
The program includes yoga, breathwork, guided meditations, art therapy and inner child therapy, dharma coaching, sharing circles, a cacao ceremony, and many more surprises!
About the Facilitators:
Eleonora Avramova: A certified Spiritual/Dharma guide (the only one in Bulgaria), pranayama breathing instructor, and energy healer. She works with breathing techniques, meditation, Ayurveda, balancing masculine and feminine energy, movement, art, and more. Eleonora is dedicated to helping people discover their inner strength, heal, and transform themselves, creating a life that reflects their authentic nature and mission. @eleonorainlove
Mihaela Grueva: A qualified psychologist and art therapist, specializing in mental health and emotional well-being. She also facilitates cacao ceremonies, combining her psychological knowledge with elements of art therapy to create a space for inner exploration and transformation.
